The User has the right to:

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Service prices are displayed transparently on the Platform. Payment is made in advance. Refunds for purchased courses are allowed within 14 days of purchase, provided the course materials have not been significantly accessed or downloaded. For analysis or consulting services, specific cancellation and refund terms will be specified in the individual contract.

There are no refunds for partially consumed services or for subscription periods that have begun.

5. Termination of Use

Flyenerji reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the Platform, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms. The user may cease using the Platform at any time by discontinuing access to it. Provisions regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and applicable law shall survive termination.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to periodically review this page.
